Underwires or no underwires for nursing moms?
Id like to hear from other nursing moms out there. I have two nursing bras, one with underwire and one without. Now I know that underwire is supposed to be bad because it can cause plugged ducts but it seems that those without dont offer any support. My daughter is 17 months and I havent had any issues. I prefer underwire nursing bras and love my KM EM one!

Underwires are fine after the first few (2, 4, 6...) months. If you don't find your breastsize fluctuating much through the day I think it's perfectly ok to use wired bras.
I wore wirefree nursing bras for about a year with my first child, then continued with my old non-nursing bras. With my second child I started with wirefree Royce nursing bras. Later, I got some underwired Kris Line nursing bras, because the wirefree bras didn't give my breasts a nice shape. And after those, just regular underwired bras. I'm only feeding once a day now so I don't really need a nursing bra anymore.
In case anyone wonders, I breastfed child #1 for 2 years and child #2 is 2 years 6 months now, and not willing to stop.
Im still a 24 hour diner. Nursing on demand. Oh the joys. I come home from work and have to feed her. Cosleep so she nurses all night.
