The idea behind FYB is to encourage women to go get a feel of their own breasts every day, just for fun and to get to know your boobs. This way you'll quickly tell if there's something different on them . This is what saved Leigh Hurst when she felt a lump on her breast when she was feeling her breasts in the shower.
