This is an absolutely amazing bra. It's about one cup size and one band size too big for me, unfortunately. However, because the band is really stable in the back (it doesn't ride up despite being loose) and the bra comes with removable pads, I decided to keep the bra. I have a 31" ribcage and definitely need the 65 band on this bra (I'd say this band runs about a size too big compared to the other Ewa Michalak bras that I've tried).
The comfort straps are really wonderful too. Unfortunately, they don't adjust all the way (the other straps do adjust all the way) so that might a problem for more petite women but this bra comes with two pairs of straps so it might just mean that you'd have to stick with the other pair.
I have to say I love the shape this bra gives too. Hands down my favorite in this respect too. It also seems to add about an inch to my bust due to the lift so that's something to be aware of when dressing.
As for comfort, I have zero complaints there. I feel like I could wear this bra all day every day. This bra is not owned any more
