Used to fit
I really didn't like this bra at first and only ordered it to wear with white tops. However, as the weeks passed, I found myself reaching out for it more and more.
The cups: I heard that the Dahlia was based on the CK Ella, which I have in 28HH and which is a wee bit too small, so I ordered a 28J. The cupsize of the Flirtelle is okay - perhaps a bit too big on my smaller boob, but fits right on the bigger one. I think I would be able to get away with a 28HH (I have full-on-top boobs and the lace on the top edge of the cups is quite stretchy), but I'm glad I got the 28J. As it is, I have the straps tightened almost to the shoulder (straps fully adjustable).
The band: I closed it on the third hook and it fit well. But still, third hook right away? I think I'm a pretty straightforward 28-band person, so I'd suggest trying a bandsize down (if possible).
Looks: Meh. I really don't like beige/nude/tan colors, and I only ordered a nude bra because I sometimes need to wear white shirts and desperately needed something beneath them. Even though the Dahlia is a few shades darker than my own skintone, it works *really* well (I was suprised at how invisible it is beneath the white tops). And it's got a nice floral pattern and the straps are so shiny they almost look golden, so I guess that's a plus, but still... it's nude.
And, as usual, my nipples end up beneath the see-through part, as with all CK bras with lace at the top. Oh! And it also drags the boobs sideways, so one looks wider than with, say, a Freya Deco or even a CK Ella.
--- EDIT ---
I've had this bra for about two years and I can say that I truly do wear it only when I have to (usually it ends up being the last bra I wear before a big bra wash). It drags the boobs sideways too much and makes them look really large. Also, this is the largest size I can wear in CK, because I've got a short torso and even the 28J rubs in my armpits and I have to shorten the straps as far as they can go.
So... useful, basic, but hardly ideal https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> It is still a decent, non-aggravating bra, so I do wear it quite often, but it's not one I would buy again. This bra is not owned any more
