Didn't fit
The centre gore is close to my sternum, but doesn't quite lie flat. There is a bit of gaping at the top of the cups. As with my 75LL PL Black, pushing the gore flat remedies this, so I don't think I could go down a cup size. I'm happy to finally have a bra that doesn't give me quadboob.
An extender makes it a lot more comfortable. The centre gore digs into my boobs and the underwire digs into my ribs if I wear it without an extender.
I think the wires are a tiny bit wide for me, but still much better than Panache is on me.
