Fits
Huzzah! It fits! The band is a bit loose for a 28 band-- I'm already wearing it on hook #2, which is saddening-- but the cups fit a wide, shallow 28D, and that's really seriously all I can ask for. I also love this shade of blue.
If you are a wide, shallow 28D, however, avoid the HELL out of the Deco Plunges.This bra is not owned any more
