Band is a good tightness on the first set of hooks. Cups are a bit too big (30GG is the best fit I can get in this model, but even that is still not great.)

As for this 30H, the cups (and wires) on it are so wide and tall on the sides that they literally sit in my armpit, and in addition, my arm movement is restricted so that I can barely reach my arms forward. If I force my arms forward (as in reach forward with both arms at the same time) the entire frame of the bra leans forward away from my body. It's really unfortunate, as it is a very cute bra, and if it was compatible with my shape it would be great for under t-shirts.
