I really want to love this bra. There's a lot of good things about it-- e.g. the strap placement, which is wide but still manages not to fall off my shoulders, the great shape and cleavage I get with the bra on, how much I like the light padding and the lovely, lacy (but not itchy!) look, etc. But there's also the fact that my Freya Ada still somehow managed to be so much more comfortable for longer-term wear that I only wore this bra for only about half an hour on a recent trip versus the two or three days I spent in the Ada.
The primary problem for me seemed to be the way the weight of the bra was distributed along the band, and how the way the band is cut seemed to contribute to that problem. With this bra, after a few hours of wear, I can feel it cutting in just above my stomach. I only start really feeling the underwires after at least 5 hours, but even then, the worst hot spot is right above my stomach, and I'm not sure what to do about that.
It doesn't help that the padding adds to the weight of my breasts and makes the bra feel a bit heavy-- my Freya bra seems ridiculously light in comparison. I'd keep this bra if I hadn't already basically found that I won't wear it if I have a better alternative, even in conditions where a bit of padding would help to keep my boobs warmer.
For anyone without high stomach issues or odd ribcage shapes, this could be THE plunge bra for you. My bottom-heavy boobs weren't a problem, but I will say that I experienced a bit of gapping even on my larger side when raising my arms up, or when my boobs had settled a bit. It's not noticeable under a top, though, or at least no more noticeable than the lace details on the bra.
The band felt pretty firm to me-- not Panache Sport firm, but just enough that I could wear it on the loosest hook without the band riding up. People with soft boobs might have some spillage in the center; mine are firm, and they still managed to threaten that a bit especially when I bent forward. This bra is not owned any more
