Didn't fit
I ordered the Satine both in black and in blue. Since their measurements differ only marginally, I won't write two seperate reviews. I noticed that the blue colorway had a slightly higher center gore and wings, while the other measurements were identical.
The bra to which this review belongs is the black one but that doesn't mean the blue one fit any differently.
This bra came up at least a cupsize too small on me.
I have empty space at the bottom of the cups, where they are too shallow for my boobs. The wires don't feel too wide or small, though.
Obviously, I can't vouch for this, as the fit of the bra is off, but it seems to give a natural rounded shape.
The band is nice and tight and closes with three sets of hooks and eyes.
The straps are plain and made from a very stretchy fabric.
Both the band and the straps feel very comfortable to me.
In the black colour, I think the shiny fabric looks very glamorous and elegant, but the dark blue was just too shiny for my taste.
The Satine is probably better suited for those full on top, other shapes might have to size up.
Sadly, that's not possible for me because it doesn't go over a J and I don't want to compromise on the band fit.
If it was ever available in a 28JJ, I would immediately snatch it up! I'm a sucker for plunge bras. This bra is not owned any more
