I LOVE THIS BRA. I can do sports again! I can jog without pain! I have literally cried tears of joy over this bra!
The band is very snug. Normally 30 bands are comfortable for me on the largest hook, but I'm able to fasten them on the smallest one. This one is a bit of a struggle to fasten on the largest hook, and the smallest hook would be impossible. It's fine for working out, but it is too tight to wear every day. I suggest sizing up if you are using it primarily for something lower impact, like yoga.
I'm very happy that you can also wear this bra as a top. It doesn't "look like a bra" as much as the separate cup, underwired ones. It also visually minimizes my breasts, which is a plus for me. I am comfortable wearing this without worrying about attracting unwanted stares. I also like that it doesn't come all the way up to my clavicle. I have the black one, but it is available in several bright colors as well. (Check eBay, I found mine for $20!)
Note: I intentionally bought this bra a cup size down because I have about a cup and a half difference between my breasts. I know you're typically supposed to size your bra to the larger breast, but I was concerned that I wouldn't get enough compression on the small breast if I did that. The larger one is a little smooshed and I have some spillage out the side, but it's not a big problem.
