The band on this bra is a little long, but I couldn't find it in a 30 so I'll just have to alter it.
The satin is very pretty, and the black 'lace' is printed on, so doesn't show through clothes (it would if you were wearing white, though, since it's black).
The straps are partially lined with satin, so they are not fully adjustable. I can shorten them to the correct length, though, which is something that I sometimes have problems with.
The bra cups are molded, but the front of the cups has 3 darts for shaping, which is something I've never seen on a bra before but looks really pretty. The molding is not very thick, so it does hide nipples but won't add bulk.

  There are a few options to shorten the band, depending on your sewing comfort level and the amount of time you want to put in. I haven't tried reducing the stretch, but I don't think I would find that comfortable. If you want to shorten the band, you'd need to remove the hook and eye pieces, and either trim the band to the right length and reattach them: http://www.bralessinbrasil.com/2011/09/desperate-times-calls-for-desperate.html?m=1 (depending on how much you want to cut off, you might be able to tuck it in to the original fasteners, or get a taller set of fasteners), or take off the elastic at the top and reattach it also, like this: http://dressingcurves.blogspot.co.uk/2011/10/alterations-reduce-band-width.html?m=1. That's my preferred way - it keeps the look of the bra.
