Didn't fit
This bra isn't the best fit for me, but I think it's more of a shape mismatch than a size mismatch. I just received two 30GG Smoothies in the mail in black and blush, as well as a 28GG Smoothie Prowl in cranberry. Pros are that this bra is definitely gorgeous, I love the subtle leopard print that is cute, but doesn't show under clothes. Straps are fully adjustable, but a little bit more "slick" feeling than, say, Freya straps, so I wonder if they will loosen more easily throughout the day. Time will tell. The molding is thinner and more malleable than the molding in the Deco. This bra also gives good cleavage from the front-a subtle, softly rounded look.
As for the fit, there are definitely some issues. I can't fill the apex and the bottom of the cups, but with any slight movement I quadboob ever so slightly over the top. I'm definitely very FOT and I guess I'm less projected than I thought, so I think the issue with this bra is that the cups are too deep for my breasts and not open enough on the top. I don't think this is an issue with the cups being too big, because my 28GG Smoothie has the same issues and more quadboob. I could go up a cup size to eliminate the quadboob, but then the apex of the cup would be even deeper and I wouldn't be able to fill it. I think that if the apex of this cup was pulled in, this would be a much better fit and look more flattering under clothes.
The wires are a good length, very long but not quite verging into back territory, which I like but be aware if you prefer narrower wires. The sides of the cup near the strap are too tall and cut into my armpits-not unbearable, but uncomfortable. Additionally, the bra gives a more projected, "natural" look under clothes for me; maybe because I can't fill the apex of the cup, or maybe simply because of the shape of the bra, but it does translate to me as a little more "pointy" than I prefer.
Overall, this bra would be great for FOB, projected ladies but for FOT ladies like myself, the Freya Deco or similar is a better fit as far as molded bras go. I'll probably still wear this bra and hope that the molding breaks in and forms to my breast shape a little better over time.Black colorway
