This is the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. Which is kind of a bummer, because it doesn't actually fit my shape well, but it's perfect for exercise. I ordered a 30GG first, and that fit my lower projection and overall shape much better, but there was a bunch of empty space in the top, which wasn't suitable for exercise. In the 30G I have empty space near the gore and the bottom, but it is still somehow comfortable and plenty supportive. The construction of the bra also makes it look like it fits perfectly, so that's nice! The straps adjust just short enough for me, and I use the clip for higher impact activities and it works like a charm for me. I would buy more if they weren't so expensive, because I love it as a t-shirt bra! The only thing I'm disappointed in is a couple of the bottom hooks seem to be coming loose after less than two weeks of exercise. I think it's a fluke, and easily fixed, but it's still annoying.

If you don't have much upper fullness or have short roots, definitely size down in the cup. I like a very firm band and this one runs true to size so I wouldn't order up a size.
