Plunge is too much for me (more full in center) and there is too much padding at the bottom (FoB!) so the wire sit too low on my chest - this causes discomfort in the bottom of my breasts. I also have major quad-boobage with this one and the band fits okay on the tightest hook but is not as stiff as I would like. I probably would do well in a 30E or 28F & a balcony style.
