Didn't fit

This bra is gorgeous! I have the pink one and it makes me feel like a fancy birthday cake. Sadly it doesn't fit.
I can't tell if I'm too FOB, conical, short, or projected for it (or simply too small in general), but I just can't fill it out. The band stretches a LOT, but it's not exactly loose. Lots of spring in it.
The lace sticks straight up, so it's not exactly a t-shirt bra. A top with some texture would be required.
