So I just got the Freya Parade longline (literally about half an hour ago, I just tried it on). I love it so far! I've wanted it since I first laid eyes on it, I can hardly believe I actually own it!

This is my first longline, and initially I was worried about the potential weirdness that would happen with my ribcage. Would it feel weird next to my rib flare? So far, it feels fine, though time will tell. I will have to get used to the sensation of having a bra there again, as my old bras used to sit on that line where my rib flares are and it was uncomfortable. However, since the underwires are in the right spot, we're already a step ahead. I don't think I could wear a longline longer than this, as things could get messy with the rib flare. But the slightly longer band is just fine.

Onto the bra itself. Like most Freyas, it's much brighter than stock photos indicate. The part I was most excited about (the little Peruvian-inspired pink woven part of the band) looks nothing like the photos, unfortunately. The seams and lace don't seem too obtrusive, which is good. The color is already so bright I don't know how many shirts I'll be able to hide it under.

The band is snug, probably because my rib flares are wider than my actual underbust. I hope that will make the bra last longer as there are only two sets of hooks! It was kind of a chore doing all the hooks but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
My usual gore-warping issues happen in this bra, just like all of the other bras I own. There's a hump in the middle where it doesn't tack, then tacks from the IMF down to the edge of the band. And the inner half of the right underwire doesn't actually touch my chest. But I can't even get the band of a compression sports bra to do that.

The cups seem to run slightly small. Either that, or my boobs actually did grow. I'll double check my measurements. At any rate, I had some barely noticeable quadboob after swoop and scoop on the left side and the right side had a lot less gaping than usual. The wires are a nice width, a little narrower than my Daydreamer, and it definitely feels more projected than my Freya Rapture. I don't think it's enough quadboob to warrant getting a 28FF at this point, but if it gets any worse that's where I'll be looking.
