Using cotton or makeup sponge to pad gore. I can deal with that part. Washed twice. Still very tight.

This is the first that actually works for me! The 28 band is very snug, but I think it is going to loosen up enough to be comfortable. Pulls in tails of spence. Not a perfect fit, but perfect is impossible with my breast shape. Gore does dig a bit. Might have to mod that.
