Didn't fit

Runs quite small in the cup and large in the band. The band measurements are identical to my Ingrid plunge in 70G, and like that bra, I could wear it without an extender if I weren't worried about strain on the hooks. The cups measure smaller than my Freya/Fauve 30Gs, even though this is equivalent to a 30GG. It does have much more immediate projection than those bras. The cup measurements are also nowhere near 2 volumes larger than the 70G Ingrid. They're a half-volume larger at most--too small for me.

Which would be fine, if the cup were open on top like Ewa and Fauve half-cups, but this is very closed at the center, and gives me quad boob. I don't think I can size up, because these wires (and therefore straps) are about the widest I can manage.

That's a huge disappointment, because I love the profile this bra gives otherwise. It's much more subtle, much less locked-and-loaded than a Ewa half-cup. But the quad is JUST significant enough to be noticeable under clothing.

Back to the drawing board on this one.

I'm waiting on a 65L 3HC: hoping there will be enough space. I've not found a single UK bra that even remotely fits, so I'm thankful for your size comparison. Explains why I'm at 65L. Sigh. If the wires are too wide, I'll just bend them and enjoy the added immediate projection. Good luck!

Thanks! I'm wondering if RAISING but still overlapping the gore would solve the center projection problem for me...but of course, with my uber-close-setness, I don't know if I have room for that.

I'm tempted to try the 70J or 65L myself, but the thing is...I've been comparing Comexims all over the place, and I feel like the cup sizing has been WILDLY inconsistent. I don't know if they just went through a recent re-engineering maybe, and I'm comparing newer and older bras, but I have yet to find any two Comexims where the cup volumes made mathematical sense to me.

  • A 65K 3HC arrived with a 5.75" width and another, ordered simultaneously, 65K 3HC arrived with 6.3" width. I found incredible similarity in the 60J styles I've measured. But, the 65J and 65K have been wild with variation.

And, two bras arrived recently without their alterations; unwearable. Without Comexim alterations I cannot wear a wired bra without pain and swelling.

There is some difference between fabrics (e.g. Geisha is more shallow near the wire, Tropical Garden is more projected, ....). Without using a reseller, it is almost impossible for me to know without "trial and error." Sincerely, I hope the variation minimizes quickly and alterations are unfailingly included. Sigh.
