This is an excellent and beautiful bra that works VERY well under clothes. It stays up like nobody's business with little to no need for adjustment, and I have enough of an hourglass figure that any other strapless bra is perpetually trying to escape to my waist. My ribs flare out under my bustline which might help keep it from falling though. My "true size" is a 30FF, so I think I should either have gone up a cup size from this 30F, or gone up a band size to a 32F. The gore sits on a bit of boob flesh instead of flat on my sternum, and the bottoms of the underwires dig in to my ribs. The latter does get uncomfortable as the hours progress, but I think it would be alleviated either by changing sizes or bending the wires a little into something more my shape. The bra tends to stay quite comfortable for the first few hours, and more so if you're moving and standing, not just sitting through 8 hours of powerpoints. Even for periods longer than 8 hours without a break, I don't think it has ever made me more than mildly uncomfortable.
When this thing wears out, I think I'll go for sizing up in the band, so anyone buying this for the first time:
If you wear your bands loose or aren't as worried about comfort, your true size or a cup size down should be fine.
Otherwise, go up in the band but not the cup.
As a side note on quality, everything is great, except for the stays on the wings of the bra. They appear to be made of plastic, which means I've already gotten one a bit bent.
