On the size chart, the band is intended to fit a 36-38, so it's not surprising that it's a little loose on my 29" ribs.

Didn't fit
I am a size 30H/HH depending on the day, and I have never worn a soft cup bra that fit me so well right off the rack. When I went to Kohl's to try it on, my husband said, "Wait. You're going to a DEPARTMENT store to find a bra? Since when does that work for you?"
It is ridiculously comfortable, and with the pink lace, it's even kinda pretty. The fabric of the cups stretches beautifully to accommodate even my fairly large cup size, and the straps are very stretchy and comfortable without being supportive. The shape it gives is not my favorite (a little too east-west for wearing out), but it's more than adequate for wearing around the house and to sleep, and for $17, I'm very pleased! I took the pink with lace in a medium and ordered a grey heather one. The pink one fits beautifully with the alteration I made to the band (no quadding), but the heather grey one runs a bit tighter in the band and cuts into the top of my breast a bit. I think it's because of the line of elastic on the grey that the pink doesn't have because of the lace. If your breasts are on the larger side, and you want to buy this bra (which I definitely encourage you to do!), I would recommend avoiding the colors with elastic along the top unless you have very firm breast tissue.

She hasn't added any bras that fit her correctly.
