Even though Nordstrom didn't have a 30F or even 32E for me to try on, it turns out the 34DD on the tightest hooks fits well. The shape is great for a wireless bra. The Wacoal How Perfect bra provides less lift than my Ewa Michalak 3D underwired bras, of course, but I'm quite happy with the Wacoal's profile, which is rounded. It's fuller and more rounded below the nipple and less cakes-on-a-plate above the nipple than I get from my underwired bras. By comparison, my Natori Yogi wireless moulded bra's shape is uninspiring from the side, less rounded and less perky.
From the front, the How Perfect kind of makes the bust look fuller, but not every bra has to make my upper body look slimmer. The cloud-like softness of the cups and the smoothness of the band make up for the maximizing shape. The texture of the entire bra is soft and comforting.
I saw a 30DDD in this bra in the navy color at Nordstrom Rack a couple days ago. The band was so tight, I couldn't fasten it. I'm going to exchange this 34DD for a 32DDD from Love4Pollinators. I expect the 32 band will fit like a 30 band in most other bras.
