I'm writing this review merely to caution any of you who may want to purchase Aerie swimsuits online. Aerie tends to be inconsistent in sizing amongst their various styles, but this one is especially off. I haven't measured this top, because it's basically a ring of fabric with straps. This bathing suit is sold online only at Aerie. It looks great in Aerie's photos, of course, and it was on sale... Since I wear Aerie's bralettes in XS or S, I purchased this bikini top in XS.

It's too small, in every way except the straps; which are too long. Go figure. In this case the problem with the fit is not just my pliable tissue. The so called "cups" are so, so tiny they aren't able to stretch at all. These photos are taken with the liners out of the cup, so you can see the fabric is pretty substantial. It's super cute, and I love the color, and the matching bottoms, in Small, are perfect. I'm going to try this in another size...Often my bathing suit tops are Medium, so I should have thought of that before ordering.

Just wanted to warn you all before you possibly waste shipping charges and time, that Aerie swimsuits seem to run ridiculously small.
