I'm solidly in between a 38 and a 40 now and this band size is perfect for me. It is firm on the first hooks because the band fabric is so firm. The band tension is right for someone of my size and shape (H or A shaped back). While I liked the extra cup room/apex projection of the 42H, there is still plenty of room in this bra and the scaling of the gore and wings is better for me. It's nearly a perfect fit. In this size I can see the room for my center fullness being used. No flat center with my breast tissue pushed under my armpits like the Elomi bras. It's really an elegant, perfect bra. I hope they keep using this kind of scaling and band materials and make the bra in a range of nudes. A++ bra, the best plus sized bra I have ever bought.

I usually fit a Panache 38J or JJ, so plan your size accordingly. FOB can certainly size at least one cup down from their usual Panache size I bet.
