This is another sports bra I thought I'd try considering the very favorable sub-$20 USD price point. The idea of this bra is better than the reality of it. La Isla produces limited cup ranges and this 34E is, as I sort of expected, much too small cup wise. Band wise it fits on the closest hook, but it's not snug enough for a sports bra. The strap length is adequate - I have bras with barely enough length, while I have plenty of room to adjust with this one. The material on the inside of the bra is cotton-like and soft. The drawbacks are that this brand seems to produce stupidly small cups (I know, I know... "minimizer" is a clue!) but not enough of a range to size up. My tissue is super soft and totally quads out of this bra. I can't speak well to the support because the band is too big, but the material has a good stretchy-stiff quality to it that might work. For someone with short root height this might be a winner, but for me it's a non-starter.
