Didn't fit
I had no experience with Freya padded half cups, but I liked this print, so I took a chance and ordered it - though in theory this style shouldn't work for me, as I'm projected, narrow-rooted, centre-full and need a lot of depth at the wire, and I'd read that the Freya padded half cup styles are in general shallow and wide. This one seems...okay? on me.
Yes, the wires are too wide, there is empty space in the sides of the cups, the gore doesn't tack and the cup design pushes my breasts up rather than out. But it pushes my centre fullness up without quadding and gives some cleavage, while still giving decent support. I like the thin padding which shapes and uplifts my soft breast tissue, however, the shape at the front of the cup/apex seems a little flattened, not round or forward enough, which I find odd and unflattering. I do need to wear an extender for the band to feel comfortable around my ribcage until it stretches out. This bra is not owned any more
