Didn't fit
I got this bra used in beige and black. I would say it is true here that the black bra runs smaller. It could have slightly less use, but the band of the black bra is more of a true 28, and the cups seem smaller overall.
Not a fit for me, but it was a stretch anyway. This bra is wide, but not super wide. It just bothers my armpits. The top of the cup cuts in because it is too closed.Black colorway
