This bra runs true to size for a 30DD in my opinion, and would be best suited for even to FOT shapes. It has stretch lace on the top of the cups, which should allow for some flexibility in size/shape. Unfortunately, being FOB I cannot fill the stretch lace, particularly on the smaller side.
