This is technically a 32:7, but sports bras seem to always run tight in the band and large in the cup, at least in my experience. For reference, I'm around a 30:9 right now, and this bra is pretty comfortable. The band only stretches to 30.5 inches, which is perfect for me.
Some nice features it has: low gore, half-adjustable but convertible straps, and soft padding around the wires.
I have yet to actually work out in it, but when I jump there's no bounce at all, so I think it's going to work out great.
My only complaints would be the bottom of the cups collapsing in (which is mostly fixed simply by tightening the straps and converting to racerback) and the bottom of the band scrunching up. It does this even when the bra is off, but especially when I'm wearing it and my pregnancy belly pushes on it. That's really just a cosmetic issue, though.
