This fits ok--I can wear it for the day and its not too bothersome. I have an extender on and have it hooked tighter on top (last regular hook) and looser on bottom two. Omega shape makes getting the underwires in my IMF difficult, and they end up riding down into my waist. High waisted and petite which doesn't help that either! I'm on the fence about keeping this, though I have a feeling that if i could replace the wires with a narrower wire and keep the cup depth it may actually work out better for me. We'll see!
