Note: measuring bralettes is hard. Please keep in mind I did the best I could but it may not be completely accurate when it comes to cups.

Ashley is a weird, weird bralette.

I'll start with the good - the band's alright. It sits nice around my underbust, but after a while it starts riding up.
The straps are adjustable all the way and don't pull much on my shoulders.

The cups are an odd shape. They're a crossover design which is not that big of an issue, and at the 'gore' the cups actually fit well, there's no cutting in or anything.
However on the outside of the cups there's like..hanging fabric. I don't know how else to explain it. There's zero support on the side and boobs sort of just hang there unsupported. It's maybe a shape mismatch as I've seen this bralette look good on other people.

The bralette also came with a little rip in the side. I'm not sure when it happened or if quality control at Tutti Rouge is just not that good but it was definitely like that out of package as I noticed it before I even tried it on.

For me, it's just not good.
