I would not recommend this for smaller chested folk. The wings were fairly tall compared to what I'm used to wearing, and the cups felt big and heavy, so it's almost as though it was providing too much support, which I don't really need for my small, self-supporting boobs. I purchased multiple sizes online and found the 32C fit best, but still wasn't quite right. The band is fairly tight/firm which is why I settled for the 32 band when I have a 28.5" underbust. The cups were too big; my awkward breast shape made it difficult to fill in the cups. I did notice most of the models advertising the bra had large chests.
Some things to note about the design:
-The lace below the underwire was pretty uncomfortable and itchy.
-The bra straps have some frills that make it difficult to adjust them.
-Other reviews online have stated the cups of the bra can mess up easily after washing a few times.
