This is probably my 3rd Prima Donna Couture bra. It's one of the best bras I've ever owned. It is really well-made. It's one of the few bras that is worth shelling out $100+ for. It is very comfortable, it's pretty, it's supportive, and it's well-constructed and durable.
At the moment, this is the bra that fits me the best. I'm kind of between sizes right now but the 40H in this style is a very good fit for me. Before this, I was wearing the 38I in this bra. I wish I could afford to own several colors. It's the most expensive bra I've ever purchased, but it was actually worth every penny.
If it helps, I have close-set, dense breasts that I think are somewhat even, but slightly full on top. I have a lot of tissue, but this holds everything well and is comfortable all day (even though the top of the gore doesn't tack). And it does not give me quad boob or side boob. It's not one of those bras you're dying to get off as soon as you get home.
The store owner or manager told me that she's seen women come in wearing Prima Donna bras that are seven years old and that these are the most well-made of bra brands. All of their bras have perfectly symmetrical lace, which she said is rare because most manufacturers won't take the time and expense to do this. (Side note: I think Conturelle does it too as my new bra from them also has perfectly symmetrical lace.)
I love this bra. I tried on 3-4 other Prima Donnas at the boutique and none fit me like this one. Others gave me quad boob and looked very unflattering. I expected to be wowed by the other Prima Donna styles, but I wasn't. The Madison was okay, but nothing beats the Couture for me. And if I'm going to pay $90-$130 for a bra, that bra better fit great! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />
