Didn't fit
I've tried a few Safari's now and on each one I get the appearance of major linebacker shoulders.
The 32" band provides the best tension; the 34" fits too loose but does not lessen the problem with the upper back. I've tried a larger cup in the 32" which helped somewhat, but not nearly enough.
I like the shape of the cup well enough, even though the bottom tends to buckle a bit, in both the 32G or the 34F. (The wires on the 32G sit well in my IMF but the 34F falls out and the cups still buckle.)
The straps on either the 32" or 34" always feel short and I have to lengthen them as much as possible. I've tried tightening the straps to correct the wire falling out/cups buckling, but #1: doesn't fix the problem, #2: is very uncomfortable on the shoulders.
This Crushed Violet colorway is a gorgeous Plum Purple, and the fabrics seem softer and more comfortable than the Nude or Capri Floral, which both feel very stiff while wearing.
What I wish I could find is something that has the back detail of the 'Wacoal Fire and Lace' with the projected cups & narrow wires of the Safari, padded or not. (If anyone knows of something like that feel free to chime in!)Crushed Violet colorway
