This bra fits pretty well. It's tight, but it's a sports bra, and I think the 28G might have been too big. This bra has a very tight band and fits more like a 26, and the band doesn't have a lot of stretch. As with the Panache sports bra, I sized down a cup size. I don't like this one quite as much as the panache, for a few reasons. First, the Freya cups are thinner, so my nipples show a bit. The cups are also a bit stretchier, so I get more bounce, whereas I get practically none in Panache. That said, this bra is quite supportive. I tried wearing it all day, but it was a bit much and I took it off before the day was up. It's fine for a few hours, though. I also find this bra gives me a splayed, east/west look. I prefer a more streamlined front profile. My breasts are narrow and projected with very soft tissue. This bra is not owned any more
