REVIEW WRITTEN BEFORE ASKING FOR FITTING HELP!

I bought this bra from another Bratabase member on my old account last year knowing it wouldn't be a perfect fit, but I really wanted an Ewa Michalak!

Firstly, the band and cups are both too big in my opinion however despite this I still feel somewhat great in it, especially when I also have tight clothing on as it pushes my boobs even closer together and they touch (woo!).

The band - the band seems to ride up on either of the hooks, but I can't tell if that's just the bra's shape or it is actually too big, or if it's too small and the straps are pulling it up? It also REALLY hurts at the end of the day on the front of my ribs where they begin to curve. Again, not sure if this is because it is too small, which wouldn't make sense as my ribcage is at least 10cm smaller than its maximum stretch, or a material or simple incompatibility isssues.

The hooks - the hooks appear to be stretching even though the band is able to stretch 10cm bigger than my ribcage, I am really not sure why this is.

The cups - despite my biggest breast perimeter being 24cm and the cup being 24cm I definitely feel that the cups are too big. It's probably because of the shape of my boobs and that they're quite soft after having a baby. The extra padding that this bra comes with is quite thin so it barely makes a difference and because of this I prefer to add another set of padding from another bra I have which does give me a slightly better fit. I also feel that I'd like the outer side of the bra to be slightly higher to keep that sneaky side tissue in! Nonetheless, in spite of these issues the cups do generally give me a lifted perky look.

The gore - the gore doesn't hurt when I wear the bra really, but I did get red marks which have now turned into permanent bruising. I assume this will go when I stop wearing this bra. I think this may be because it is too low and sits right on that center bone.

The straps - I have to tighten the straps quite a bit to feel enclosed and lifted, I am not sure if this is because the cups are too big but I suppose this is likely the reason. I get red marks from the straps no matter how loose I have them, and unfortunately the comfort straps that come with the bra do not shorten enough for me. I think my boobs are somewhat high on my chest and I am 5'5 which is probably why, if this helps...

The wings - they are quite small I suppose, and I think that I prefer something a little bigger but it definitely isn't an issue. The wings are quite stretchy also.

I think I have covered most things... so overall, despite all of the issues I have I continue to wear this bra as it gives me the best uplift that I have known that didn't involve wear a bra that was obviously too small. I think that Ewa Michalak could be great for me if I find a better fitting bra and possibly a balconette as opposed to a plunge.
