Used to fit
This bra gives a fairly pointed shape, but only if you're more used to the more rounded shape from plunge bras. I would say it's more of a natural "lift and separate" shape. I certainly wouldn't wear it if I thought it was overly-conical but I am very happy with it. The best thing about this bra is the support and comfort - it's so lightweight you don't feel you're wearing it, and the straps never dig in as they're fairly wide and very smooth. I wore it all day and it left no marks and didn't budge.
For the sizing, I have been told Freya comes up fairly large and I bought it in 1 cup size smaller than usual, but I wouldn't want the cup much smaller. The upper cup doesn't stretch much so it's important to get model in the correct size. The band is not too tight so if I between sizes perhaps go for a smaller band. If you like your bands comfy it is true to size.
