I've found The Bra for me.
My shape is projected, full on bottom, and fairly narrow roots. This is the first bra that felt like it checked all my boxes.
Pros:
-Enough projection without the pointier Freya look. Holy cow.
-Lovely rounded shape.
-Somehow I manage to fill out both the bottom and the top of the cup entirely. It is like magic.
-I love the narrower straps. Love.
-In general it just looks more feminine/small/delicate than any of my other bras. Maybe it's just that it's pink and has narrower straps and bands, but when I took it out of the package I had a moment of fear that it would be too small because it didn't look big enough to be a big bra. But it fit!
-Until now the best bras for my shape have been Freyas, which all have an extra bit of boning on the side seam. The way it's attached to the band always digs in for me. This bra doesn't have that. Yay!
Cons:
-Only two hooks. Initially I was excited about this because I've always been just a little jealous of people who could wear two-hook bras. But it's true it makes it dig in just a little.
-The available colors don't thrill me. I'd love to have the option of plainer colors.
I've heard some bashing of this bra but it really seems to be a holy grail of sorts for my shape. I'm in love.
The one thing I will say is: there's something about the shape that makes me look HUGE. It's a great shape, it's lifted, my waist looks great ... but there's no denying the sheer size of my breasts in this bra!
