Didn't fit
For full-busted women with deep breasts and fullness toward the center who want to try a Tutti Rouge style-- this is hands down the best style for you try.
Based on the fit I describe, I'm sure bratabase will say it doesn't fit-- but it's one of the best poorly fitting bras I've tried.
I think this is the most deep-breasted friendly bra Tutti Rouge has on the market, and the fit is surprisingly flattering under clothes-- it gives a great rounded profile, and is comfortable.
It will gap on top, probably, for almost anyone unless you get it a size too small on purpose. The top is a folded double mesh layer, with no elastic at all. This means, however, that it's friendly to most breast shapes, in my opinion-- it won't cut in for full on top. I have balanced breast fullness, and I like the feature-- it also means for any cycle related bloating/ extra breast fullness or tenderness, it will work comfortable for that day.
The center gore doesn't fit flat on me, and I'm not sure why as it's a reasonably narrow gore, and I don't normally having tacking issues. It might be because the underwire is pretty wide on the sides, so it's pushing out in the middle... but it's comfortable despite that, I don't feel the need to bend the underwire for a better or more comfortable fit.
Straps are not fully adjustable due to lace on the front, and they do run a bit long for me. I might shorten them eventually, but it's fine for now. The adjustor is heart shaped, not necessarily a style I go for but it's cute and I like it more than I thought I would, in person.
The band runs more true-to-size than Frankie (and other Tutti Rouge bras, from what I've heard). This 32 stretches easily to 31-- I normally wear a 30, and I prefer wearing it on the second tightest or tightest hook already, from the first wear. I think the band might stretch out fairly quickly (it's mesh, but two layers). I'd recommend ordering your normal bra band size. I'd say the cup size runs true-to-size to half a cup size large, due to the openness at the top of the cup.
Oh, there's an ugly plastic pink accent on the bow on the central gore (it reminds me of Barbie doll accessory quality plastic)-- I didn't really notice it in pictures, but in person it really detracted from the quality of the other materials, and made it look cheaper to me. It's only held on by a few stitches, so I removed it. It looks a lot better to my eyes now, less juvenile (I'll post a picture by the review). The accents, otherwise are very cute.
And seriously, this bra is so comfortable.
This review is for the first season, mint green color.
