Fits
In general, Shock Absorber bras run small in the band, so if you're looking at purchasing one you should consider this fact beforehand - I fit into a 32 band size for Curvy Kate bras, for example, but a Shock Absorber 32F wouldn't even fasten - and I tried!
I ordered a 34E instead, and that one fit well in the band. However, the bra kind of cut into my body at the level of the cup sides/tops - I wasn't sure if it was supposed to feel like that, since I'm a bit chubby and what seemed to be the actual breast was contained nicely within the bra. I ended up purchasing a 34F from Amazon (bless free returns!), just in case, and the bigger cup size ended up being a great fit.
I tested the 34F out with a 30-minute run and I'm very pleased with the way it works. there was minimal - if any at all - bouncing, and I didn't feel it tight on me - on the contrary, the more I run, the less I perceived it. It was very comfortable to wear, and I quickly got used to the two sets of hooks in the back - it's definitely doable, and especially for the upper hooks, I just needed to lengthen the straps in order to reach them with my fingers.
