Used to fit

Through an error on the part of Agent Provocateur, I ended up with the Agent Provocateur Darla bra, a sheer half cup bra, in 36E. The color is called Champagne. It's actually peach colored. The cups are entirely lace, and sheer. Each cup has two vertical seams. Most of this full band bra is lace, except for parts of the band and the straps and hook/eye area.

As I wear a 30F most often, I was shocked when I tried this on and found it fit well except for the straps being too wide set. I can see how many in my size range would find the wires were too wide and tall under the arms, but I could handle this 36E's underwires. The gore is an amazingly low 1.5" and totally comfortable for my no-space-between-them boobs. The lace, as one would expect for a bra in the $200 range, is soft. The straps are partially adjustable, and the band is even reasonably tight for a 36 band. It stretches to 35.5." I believe this is the only bra I've ever tried on where the seam(s) align perfectly with my nipples. Usually the seams are too far out to the sides for that to happen. Why they should align in a 36E half cup with two vertical seams in each cup puzzles me. The seams nearer the gore are the ones that align with my nips.

I am even more interested in trying on Agent Provocateur bras than I was before. I'd try my sister size of 32E, as they don't make 30F. My main fitting problem is center gores higher than 1.5," but evidently this may not be a problem in this line.
