- Center gore placement:
- Doesn't lie flat against sternum
- Underwire length:
- Runs too high under the arm, it pokes
- Top of the cup:
- Cuts into breast tissue (quad boob effect)
- Band fit:
- I can fasten it, but it feels too tight
- Cup's width:
- Outer cup cuts into breast tissue in the sides
- Strap separation:
- Not a problem

Didn't fit
I purchased this bra because I own the Curvy Kate Horizon in a 28G and the cups whilst fitting my breasts perfectly at the bottom and sides are a little tall. Since the Rio has the same shape I thought a 28FF would be perfect. WRONG!
The band on this is very tight. It's not so much due to the size of the band but rather the lack of stretch. The cups are way too small for me. So much so that I think I'd be better off with a 28GG. Haven't had a chance to use this set yet so I'm not sure how it will go in the water. The one pleasing thing about this bra is that it doesn't have tall cups. I am so sick of tall cups, especially in swimwear where you don't want any gaping or immodesty. If I could find a better size in this It would be perfect as the set looks stunning. I do wish it had thinner straps though. They are a bit too wide for my liking. After all this is a bikini not an everyday support bra.
