Didn't fit
Go by waist measurement, not underbust. The band sits lower on the torso, and runs quite firm. I tried the 34G even though I'm a 30GG/32G on recommendation, and while I could fasten it, I could just barely fasten it.
This garment is not suitable for someone with a natural high waist. It's designed to end at about the waistline, which is fine if your waist happens to be at your navel. However, if your waist is higher up your torso (in my case, my natural waist is barely three inches below my underbust), it will end on top of your hip bone. At best, it will be uncomfortable, at worst - if you're like me and have a little pudge around the middle, it will be the kind of unflattering that is so extreme that no control garment in the world can fix it.
In terms of cup size, the 34G actually was a little too big, but sizing down wouldn't have helped because it sat too low on my torso. I was being supported almost entirely by the body of the garment, with very little support coming from the cups. I think this may be the nature of the beast, as my underbust is smaller than where the bustier ends on my torso. I would need a 32 to get the cups firmly against my breasts at the bottom, but then would be unable to fasten it at the hip.
In all- just a bad shape match. I think it would be an excellent option for someone of a more hourglassy shape, but for an inverted triangle/apple, it's a bad fit. Look for something longer that will end at the hip instead of the navel. This bra is not owned any more
