This bra is very supportive and pretty, but I do have a few problems with it:
the straps are not quite long enough. The padded part of the straps links to the elastic part of the strap with a little plastic circle. Unfortunately, when I adjust the straps correctly, the circle sits directly on top of my shoulder and it hurts. I think part of this problem is brought on by the cups being about 1 size too small.
I'm also on the fence about the band. On the plus side, it is firm. It is one of the only bras I have tried where the band stays in place all day and I don't have to worry about adjusting it. On the downside the band under the cups is wide enough that it can dig in as I move and has flipped under the cup edge to dig in painfully. I have somewhat fixed this problem by letting this section of the band flip up; not ideal but at least then it doesn't hurt me.
This bra is beautiful, though, and gives a nice shape. I would happily buy this bra again in a 36H, as I think that would alleviate most of the problems I have.
