Fauve makes the most beautiful luxury-class bras, with sophisticated design and upscale fabrics. As an older woman, I can only do so much fun/funky colorways and prefer a more subdued yet elegantly sexy look, which Fauve delivers. I am really annoyed that they closed just as I was discovering ABTF, and in reaction I went a little silly buying up all the Fauves I could find in anything remotely my size, including this Annalise. What a beauty! Nostalgic purple and ivory floral with richly detailed cream piping along the top of the half cup and up the vertical seams. Soft on the inside, soft lined wires and band, the lovely floral up part of the straps - just a dreamy bra all around. The lightly-padded half cups do magic 'soft hills' cleavage while being somehow demure. The wires are fairly wide but not tall or pokey; the gore is not as tall as other half cups and does not poke either. For reference I am close set, even, projected. I think this style would work on any shape because it gathers and holds so well; even FOT would work because of the open top. I love this bra and luckily found it in a better-fitting size, which I think I will be wearing for a long, long time!
