Didn't fit
I knew the band was going to be extremely small based on the measurements, but I figured, eh. Let's try. I wasn't wrong. The band is extremely small. A true 28 band I feel. I think the size of the band makes the cups appear/feel smaller than they are, but I still get quite a bit of quadding regardless.This bra is not owned any more
