Didn't fit

The Sadie is a 3 part cup true balconette style. Very shallow at the bottom and sides and very very roomy on top. The bra does not have a full band. I never got along with these types of bras in the past. I'm not sure why but I guess it's that they are just very shallow at the bottom of the cups and I need room there. There is barely any room in the lower cup, I couldn't fill it. The bra is made in a traditional 3 part cup construction, a true balconette style. Very shallow at the bottom and sides and very very roomy on top.

The shape is very projected and uplifted, this is due to that the lower section of the cups is really tall, the tallest I've seen on my all my Bravissimo bras yet and that helps lifting up the boobs very much. Also I think that the lower section has to be this tall so that the bra is still supportive despite the thin stretchy lace in the upper cup that doesn't do much.

Talking of the lacy top section, the lace is stretchy, there is no lining (yes in all sizes up to K-cup) but there is this annoying plastic band at the edge of the cups that just cuts in unflatteringly. Oh btw it's nothing like the Jasmine, feels much more sturdy and supportive!

So the 32K was a decent fit at the time, band felt tight, cups had the right volume but the shape was not good for me. Also it did not feel comfortable, looking at how the straps cut into my arms.

This bra is not owned any more

  • Wow that is really shallow! I haaaate the elastic strips on cups. They just cut into my soft tissue. Love the red on you. I still really like the look of Sadie. I have an affinity with the name, too.

  • I wonder if the shallowness is common on all bras with no full band? I usually avoid them so I don't have much experience with them. I wonder if it was intentional I mean that they made it so it gives maximum uplift by pushing the boobs into the upper section of the cups? Because on the Panache Jasmine the lower section of the cups did not do much to keep my boobs close to chest and supported and I don't want to talk about that flimsy lace on top. Jasmine is basicaly wires and straps torturing me but no decent support. Sadie is better in that so I guess it was intentionall so the bra is more supportive than other similar styles.

  • The elastic strip did cut in badly it doesn't even show as much on the pics but I hated how it looked.
