no straps - looks good, but not at all comfortable
(borrowed) straps are nice and wide for formal wear, but didn't slide off my shoulders (I'm square-ish, tho)
fits nicely, but ski slope shape is less appealing
fits ok, not too much obvious spillage despite the band being too small
If I were to try again, I'd size up in the band
