Hasn't set fit
Hi everyone! It’s been a minute. I haven’t been active in like a year, but nothing’s really changed in regards to sizing and shape for me. I got this bra in a 30J from Brastop, because I was curious about the fit and it was really cheap. They didn’t have a 30JJ, which is why I sized down, especially after hearing it ran tall and slightly big in the cup. The materials feel super nice, and the bra is really pretty, but the shape is definitely wrong for me. First of all, it’s wayyyy to shallow in the bottom of the cup. Secondly, it definitely runs tall - the lace portion comes up really high, which is something I saw already in the pictures, but it works well enough for my short roots. My biggest problem with this bra is definitely the shape and the fit. Having relatively soft tissue, my boobs just spilled out through the soft lace, creating major quadboob. While it was probably in part due to the size, I don’t think this would work for anyone soft and center-full. Also, my guess is that the band runs slightly on the smaller side, because it wasn’t ridiculously big on me even on the smallest hooks. The shape was also extremely pointy. However, for $20, I don’t really regret buying this bra - it’ll work well enough under sweaters. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone in the upper part of the size range, but there are probably some people for whom this shape would work.
