Didn't fit

Very belated review, sorry!

I like this bra. I bought it because I really love purple, but the purple is so dark that it looks almost like a black bra unless you're really looking.
Although the PL cut is supposed to give great cleavage, I really didn't notice that here. It didn't give me "cakes on a plate" like some of my CHP bras or a very pushed up appearance like my M bras. EDIT: I have fairly separated breasts, definitely not close-set, which contributed to why the plunge didn't do much for me.
The low gore meant that it didn't cut into my chest like my BM bra, which was nice, but the fabric of this bra isn't very soft ― although it is comfortable enough not to notice I'm wearing it, it's not as comfy as my M Perłowy, which is my favorite bra.
The bows on the straps are something Ewa seems to love, but I tend to find that they just bother my skin and look a little frilly. However, they're small bows, so it's not a big deal to me.
People often say that the PL cut is less narrow/projected than other EM cuts, but I don't think the difference is that significant (at least in this size range). The wires do sit a little below my IMF and are a tiny bit wide, more so on my smaller side, but it doesn't affect the fit IMO.

If I was newer to Ewa Michalak bras, I think this would have been definitely worth the money. But compared to some of my other bras, the PL Misty seems kind of "meh." Like just about all EM bras, it's well-constructed and beautiful, but it just wasn't a standout for me. I think I will stick more with CHP and M cuts in the future (currently looking at the CHP Antonina!).

This bra is not owned any more

  • May i ask what IMF stands for?

  • suburbiadaze inframammary fold! It basically means where the bottom of your breast meets your chest, aka where underwires should generally sit.

  • Thank you

I am close-set, so I get cleavage up the wazoo in the PL, in my experience, it is more the "butt crack" touching cleavage look than cakes on a plate (which I don't quite get in a CHP, alas).

It looks nice, pity it wasn't quite what you expected.

PL gives me insane cleavage. I’m splayed unsupported, but supported I’m pretty close set.

  • Calluna interesting, I wonder if I should try a cup size down.

  • biflexual actually, looking at my pictures, I have to amend my statement. It’s not insane cleavage. But it’s very nice cleavage. Definitely noticeable in a low cut top.
