I finally purchased a bra from TLBC. I followed their guidelines and purchased one band size and one cup size up putting me in a 36B (also used their calculator which came up with the same size). The band fit well but I could probably get away going down to a 34 band. The cups are a whole other issue - too narrow and too deep, even with the push up pads in place I couldn't come close to filling out the top of the cup and the apex is very high so lots of extra material. If I sized down to a 36A/34B the cups would be even narrower, no way I could make this bra work in any size.

The quality of the bra was good, the material was soft and comfortable and the wires were medium stiffness, I liked the high wings and the side boning wasn't uncomfortable.

I think you would need very narrow roots and lots of projection to make this work. Not good for shallow breasts.
